Sea Incentive is a company dedicated to the creation of first rate sea experiences in the island of Ibiza. Our goal is to provide a seamless private group activity that captures the essence of marine spirit and beauty.

In 2023, it seems more important than ever to align meaningful content with responsible enjoyment. The former is guaranteed by team members who are either born in the island or live in it for many years. Their extensive nautical credentials and “savoir faire” are only matched by their enthusiasm and passion at sea.

Our 2023 boat experiences for groups

This year’s nautical experience has Formentera, San Antonio and the northern coast of Ibiza as our protagonists. Departing from Ibiza, san Antonio or Sta. Eulalia, we offer you the best nautical experiences for large groups.

EXPERIENCE 1: FORMENTERA

Hours: 12h noon to 16h (4 hour Formentera experience)

Journey: Boarding at 11.30 am and Departure at 12h (noon) at C/Sa Punta dock in Playa d’en Bossa.

Destination: Formentera, as you sprawl around the boat and take in the views!

Anchoring in stunning Es Trucadors (Formentera) and memorable swimming opportunity

Activities: Swimming, Paddle surfing, snorkelling in Formentera.

Return: to Playa d’en Bossa at 16h

Boat options: Ulises 2 ( 350 pax maximum capacity) and Giant dolphin (150 pax maximum capacity).

EXPERIENCE 2 : MEET THE SEA IN SAN ANTONIO and SUNSET

Hours: 10h to 14h or 16h to 20h or sunset (4-hour boat trips, all of them)

Journey: Departure from San Antonio harbour at the boat trip’s dock near the egg monument. Meeting point at the Meat the Sea ticket booth.

Destination: Conejera Island Natural Reserve. Stunning! We sail along Cala Bassa, Torre d’en Rovira and near Cala Comte. The most iconic beaches in San An bay.

Activities: Guided snorkelling tours designed by marine biologist, swimming and paddle surfing.

Return: at 14h 0r 20h to San Antonio harbour.

Boat: S’Esturion, maximum capacity 64 pax.

EXPERIENCE 3: THE WILD NORTH OF IBIZA

Hours: 5- hour adventure to the north of the island: Tagomago and Aiguas blancas.

Journey: Departing from Sta. Eulalia harbour, we set sail to Tagomago and drop anchor in Aiguas Blancas. Meeting point at the Sta. Eulalia ferries dock.

Destination: Aiguas Blancas, after sailing by Cala Pada, Cala Martina, Punta Arabí and the island of Tagomago.

Activities: snorkelling, swimming, paddle surfing.

Return: depending on departure time chosen, 5 hours later we arrive back in Sta. Eulalia harbour.

Boat: Princesa del Mar, maximum capacity of 150 pax.
